Lukaš Kulich

Co-Founder & Performance Coach

During the last 8 years of helping, advancing, and improving my clients, I have learned a lot as a fitness coach.
Various injuries and difficult sports periods forced me to realize how important physical preparation, body mindset, and mental setup are not only for an athlete but also for an ordinary person.
That is why I am constantly educating myself, following modern trends in training, and with great commitment helping people improve their performance, health, and movement abilities. I love learning from the best, and my current skills have been greatly advanced by long-term cooperation with Doctor of Physiotherapy Tomáš Kulan (one of the best in Slovakia).
Cooperation with Attila Végh also enriched me with further experience, where I had the honor to help him with his preparation!
As a young man, I grew up in the FC Košice club and during my sports career, I played more than 300 matches across Slovak leagues and cups.

During my football journey, I gained not only football experience but also experience with long-term injuries, which allowed me to spend time with various physiotherapists and fitness coaches in England, Spain, the Czech Republic, and the Slovak national team.
Days spent building my body under the supervision of football's elite gave me the chance to learn a lot and find out what works in various sports situations and what doesn't.
And exactly these experiences, together with Lukáš, we utilized in our training plans at Luma Performance.
